Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations across multiple fulfillment centers
- Lead and mentor 5-7 weekend team members to meet performance targets
- Monitor inventory systems and resolve stock discrepancies in real-time
- Optimize weekend delivery routes using route-planning software
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure operational continuity
- Implement process improvements for weekend efficiency
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics or operations management
- Proven experience leading weekend or shift-based teams
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license (required for site visits)
- Availability to work Saturday-Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
