Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management during the weekend shifts.
- Ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to maintain high service levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any supply chain discrepancies or operational bottlenecks.
- Train and mentor new staff members on weekend protocols and safety procedures.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, specifically on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with inventory management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
