Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and visual merchandising
- Lead and motivate weekend team members to achieve sales targets and service excellence
- Implement loss prevention protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
- Analyze weekend sales data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
- Coordinate with weekday management teams for seamless operational handovers
- Train new staff on weekend-specific procedures and customer service standards
- Manage vendor deliveries and inventory reconciliation during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals in fast-paced environments

- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
