Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend delivery routes and optimize logistics efficiency using our proprietary scheduling system
- Manage weekend warehouse operations including inventory reconciliation and quality control
- Train and supervise weekend staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and delivery exceptions with proactive problem-solving
- Generate weekend performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record (Class C or higher)
- Proficiency in route optimization software and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during weekend shifts
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams of 3+ people

- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexibility for weekday training
