- Coordinate weekend fulfillment operations across warehouse, sorting, and delivery teams
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize storage solutions for weekend peak volumes
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing packages and resolve discrepancies
- Utilize WMS software to track shipments and update real-time status updates
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols during weekend operations
- Train weekend staff on equipment operation and company procedures
- Generate weekend performance reports and recommend efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience with weekend availability
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving abilities under time-sensitive conditions
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
