Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and pricing.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy is required.
