Responsibilities
- Manage weekend store operations including inventory, merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 retail associates to achieve sales targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated issues
- Analyze weekend sales data to implement actionable improvement strategies
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
- Execute promotional events and visual merchandising campaigns
- Maintain store presentation standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with weekend scheduling expertise
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends including evenings and holidays
- Proficient in retail management systems (e.g., POS, inventory software)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
