Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend peak hours (Saturday-Sunday)
- Drive sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management tasks
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Train new staff on store protocols and customer engagement
- Monitor inventory levels and process shipments efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays exclusively (40 hours/week)
- Proficiency in retail technology and POS systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
