Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Manage daily operations including inventory control and merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards per company protocols
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless operations handover
- Participate in quarterly weekend team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Proven reliability with perfect weekend attendance history

- Ability to work 8-hour shifts (7 AM-3 PM or 3 PM-11 PM) on weekends
