Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead a team of 5-7 weekend staff, ensuring performance and safety standards
- Implement process improvements for weekend shift efficiency
- Monitor and report on weekend KPIs to leadership team
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve operational issues
- Conduct weekend shift handovers with weekday managers
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management
- Proven leadership experience with weekend or overnight teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Valid Illinois driver's license required
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
