Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend patient care activities across multiple departments
- Supervise nursing staff and support personnel during weekend shifts
- Handle emergency protocols and critical incident response
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Communicate patient status updates to weekday leadership teams
- Manage weekend staffing schedules and resource allocation
- Conduct weekend quality assurance rounds and documentation reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Nursing
- 3+ years of weekend shift coordination experience
- Current RN or LPN license in Minnesota
- Advanced knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Experience with Epic EMR systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
