Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) across multiple hotel departments
- Coordinate staff schedules and ensure optimal coverage for guest services
- Resolve guest inquiries and service issues with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Implement and maintain quality standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Conduct staff training sessions on safety protocols and service excellence
- Generate weekend performance reports for senior management review
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operational transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or customer service management experience
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends including holidays
- Proficiency in hospitality management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
