Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all weekend operational activities across multiple departments
- Supplemental weekday coverage during critical off-hours (10am-2pm)
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Lead cross-functional weekend team through daily briefings and task delegation
- Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility security
- Generate weekend performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Act as primary weekend liaison for client communications and emergency response
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shift management or operations leadership experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in high-pressure environments
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
