Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics activities including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure operational targets are met on weekends
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements for weekend shift efficiency
- Resolve escalated customer and vendor issues during weekend operations
- Prepare comprehensive weekend performance reports for leadership review
- Train and mentor weekend staff on SOPs and safety protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain operations
- Proven leadership experience managing weekend or overnight shifts
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
