Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts in clinical settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments following established protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and continuing education
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Nursing, Medical Assisting, or related field
- Current Massachusetts healthcare license/certification (e.g., RN, CNA, EMT)
- Minimum 2 years experience in direct patient care
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday flexibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
