Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care across departments during weekend shifts
- Manage electronic health records and documentation with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Respond to urgent patient needs and escalate critical issues appropriately
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Train and support new weekend staff members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field required
- Minimum 2 years clinical or administrative healthcare experience
- Weekend availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Certification in BLS/CPR required
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
