Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities during weekend shifts, ensuring seamless transitions and quality service delivery
- Manage electronic health records and documentation with precision and confidentiality
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide health education materials
- Monitor inventory levels and supply chain logistics for weekend operations

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare coordination experience
