Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure smooth operations during weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient services.
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members as needed.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Participate in weekend team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with weekend shifts.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays as required.
