Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient transitions
- Administer medications and treatments per clinical protocols
- Document patient records with precision and confidentiality
- Respond to emergencies using advanced life support techniques
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Participate in weekend staff training and quality initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license (Texas Board approved)
- 2+ years acute care or weekend shift experience
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong weekend availability with holiday flexibility
- EMR proficiency (Epic/Cerner systems a plus)
- Exceptional communication and crisis management skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
