Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring cargo security and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline daily operations and meet production goals.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing packages to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training.
