Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend staff schedules and ensure optimal coverage
- Execute daily operational procedures and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Train new hires on product knowledge and customer service protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for replenishment
- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash management

Qualifications
