Responsibilities
- Manage all weekend retail operations including staff scheduling, inventory oversight, and customer experience
- Train and mentor weekend team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure premium service standards across all touchpoints
- Execute visual merchandising plans and promotional campaigns during peak weekend traffic
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize weekend revenue
- Coordinate with weekday management for seamless operational handovers
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with weekend shift leadership background
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets in high-volume environments
- Exceptional communication and team-building skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in retail management systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Availability to work exclusively Saturday-Sunday shifts (40 hours/week)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
