Responsibilities

- Manage 10-15 weekend staff members, including scheduling and performance coaching
- Handle inventory management and weekend replenishment processes
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain positive store ambiance
- Implement weekend sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Conduct weekend safety audits and compliance checks
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in retail/hospitality management
- Proven weekend shift leadership in high-volume environments
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making abilities
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-6PM)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in inventory management software
