Responsibilities
- Manage all weekend shift operations including staff scheduling and inventory control
- Train and mentor 10-15 team members on service excellence and safety protocols
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining venue atmosphere standards
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for seamless weekend operations
- Monitor financial performance during peak hours and implement cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Lead team meetings and performance reviews during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years hospitality management experience with weekend shift focus
- Proven track record in staff development and conflict resolution
- Strong knowledge of Louisiana liquor laws and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications required
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
