Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessment and care in emergency and inpatient settings
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond rapidly to critical situations
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and HIPAA regulations
- Participate in weekend shift rotations with flexible scheduling options
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license with no disciplinary actions
- BSN degree from accredited nursing program (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in hospital setting
- Exceptional critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
