Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently during weekend peak hours
- Manage inventory, restock displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Execute promotional campaigns and drive weekend sales targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized sales floor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) plus weekday evenings
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail technology
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Minnesota driver's license for occasional store transfers
