Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Coordinate care delivery and resource allocation for weekend operations
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate electronic records
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless continuity of care
- Respond to urgent client needs and emergency situations
- Maintain strict compliance with healthcare protocols and safety standards
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
Qualifications

- 1+ years experience in customer service or healthcare support
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
