Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend peak hours (Fri-Sun)
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment with precision
- Train and mentor part-time weekend staff on operational procedures
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Contribute to weekend sales targets through strategic product recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Strong proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability covering Friday/Sunday shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
- Basic math and cash handling certification
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
