Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend retail operations including staffing, inventory, and sales targets
- Lead and mentor weekend team members through performance coaching and training
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met during peak weekend hours

- Process daily transactions, reconcile registers, and maintain financial accuracy

Qualifications
- 3+ years retail or supervisory experience with weekend availability

- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
