Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend staff to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency
- Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales floor optimization
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with company policies
- Analyze weekend sales data and implement performance improvement strategies
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain high satisfaction standards
- Train new weekend staff on product knowledge and store procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail/supervisory experience with weekend shift exposure
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available to work exclusively Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- BA/BS in Business Management or related field preferred
- Valid California driver's license required for logistics coordination
