- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10-15 retail associates
- Implement inventory control procedures and loss prevention strategies
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure service excellence standards
- Analyze sales data to optimize weekend performance metrics
- Coordinate with weekday managers for operational continuity
- Execute promotional campaigns and visual merchandising directives
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports and performance analyses
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail supervisory experience in high-volume environments
- Proven weekend shift management and team leadership track record
- Strong inventory management and loss prevention expertise
- Excellent conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays consistently
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license for multi-location oversight
