Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ staff members during weekend shifts, ensuring optimal coverage and performance
- Implement and enforce operational standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain positive brand representation
- Coordinate inventory management and supply chain logistics for weekend operations
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, health codes, and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or logistics
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs during high-volume periods
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM shifts)
