Responsibilities
- Manage 8-10 weekend staff members, ensuring optimal scheduling and performance
- Oversee store operations during peak weekend hours and holidays
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Resolve customer escalations with exceptional service solutions
- Conduct weekend inventory audits and loss prevention protocols
- Train new associates on sales techniques and company policies
- Generate weekend sales reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail/supervisory experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Flexible availability including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Valid Georgia driver's license for store logistics
