Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend staff (8-12 team members) to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Execute inventory management, merchandising, and store operations during peak weekend hours
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize weekend revenue

Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with weekend/holiday shift coverage
