Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 warehouse staff during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Coordinate inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all operations
- Train new hires and conduct performance evaluations for team members
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Generate shift reports and communicate with weekday leadership teams
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and quality control checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid NC driver's license with clean record
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with weekend shift operations essential
