Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff during weekend operations
- Ensure efficient order processing and inventory management
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Train and mentor new team members
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics operations
- Generate weekend performance reports
- Resolve operational challenges in real-time
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Valid forklift certification
