Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend staff and ensure optimal store operations during peak hours
- Train and mentor new team members on product knowledge and service standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Monitor inventory levels, process shipments, and ensure stockroom organization
- Execute visual merchandising plans and maintain store presentation standards
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide actionable insights to management
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail or customer service
- Proven ability to manage teams during high-volume periods
