Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of 8-12 weekend associates
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with overnight shift supervisors for seamless handover processes
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize weekend workflows
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and vendor communications
- Conduct weekly team meetings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse/supervisory roles with weekend shift experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Friday-Sunday) with occasional holidays
