Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service during peak weekend hours (Saturday & Sunday)
- Drive sales through product knowledge upselling and personalized recommendations
- Manage inventory operations including weekend stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Train and mentor part-time weekend staff on sales techniques and store procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance weekend shopping experiences
- Process high-volume transactions accurately while maintaining security protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure seamless store operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience with weekend availability
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-traffic environments
- Strong inventory management and visual merchandising skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule with mandatory weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
- Basic proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory software
