Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations across Ohio and Texas distribution centers
- Manage inventory control and warehouse efficiency during peak weekend hours
- Lead team of 5-3 weekend associates through daily task assignments
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize delivery schedules for weekend client deliveries
- Generate performance reports and process improvement recommendations
- Train new weekend staff on operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics or warehouse management
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun) with rotating shifts
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
