Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours (Saturday & Sunday)
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and store operations during weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Train and mentor part-time weekend staff on brand standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and maintain high store presentation standards
- Coordinate with weekday management for seamless operational handovers
- Participate in weekend-focused team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Proven availability to work exclusively weekends (Saturday & Sunday required)
- Minimum 2 years customer service or retail experience
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during 8-hour shifts
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
