Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at weekend events, festivals, and local venues
- Manage inventory, setup, and breakdown of event materials and equipment
- Assist with crowd control, guest registration, and operational logistics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain safety standards and adhere to company protocols
- Document operations and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Availability to work full-time weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for venue transportation)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or event experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
