Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations across 3 high-traffic hospitality venues
- Lead and mentor 15+ team members during peak weekend shifts
- Implement service standards that maintain 95%+ guest satisfaction scores
- Coordinate inventory management and supply chain logistics for weekend demand
- Resolve escalated guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Analyze weekend performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven weekend shift management during peak business hours
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
