Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service standards
- Train and mentor weekend staff to ensure consistent brand experience and performance metrics
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and operational issues with professionalism
- Execute weekend marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and maintain store security protocols
- Analyze weekend sales data and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years retail/supervisory experience with weekend shift availability
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate teams during high-traffic periods
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Proficient in inventory management systems and POS technology
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse customer demographics
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays if required
- Valid California driver's license (for store errands)
