Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and stock rotation in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Coordinate loading/unloading of shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain OSHA compliance and workplace safety standards
- Process returns and quality inspections of merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Generate daily activity reports for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Available to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Valid Louisiana driver's license required
