Responsibilities
- Develop long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, neuro interfaces) for commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Create foresight frameworks to anticipate and prepare for future disruptions
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators and drive a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, Futures Studies, or related field
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities with tools like Foresight Platform
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects executed from concept to market
