Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with $2M+ annual R&D budget
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year market impact potential
- Design strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for ecosystem acceleration
- Present innovation frameworks to executive board and investor committees
- Establish KPIs tracking technological adoption and disruption velocity
- Mentor innovation lab teams in agile futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI ethics
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption curves
- MSc/PhD in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Fluency in futures forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
