Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy across AI, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Exceptional financial modeling and P&L management for innovation portfolios
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan Review
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (Spanish a plus)
