Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and disruptive forces
- Design and implement scenario planning frameworks for high-impact business decisions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation and track ROI for strategic initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure innovation impact and strategic progress
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing successful multi-year roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Exceptional analytical and data visualization skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
