- Operational Design: Design and prototype innovative organizational structures and workflows designed for the year 2026.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate complex future scenarios to C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to drive buy-in.
- Policy Development: Draft forward-looking policies regarding talent acquisition, diversity, and digital ethics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or futurism.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ years) and connect current actions to future outcomes.
- Data Fluency: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) to support strategic arguments.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
